To ensure optimal system performance and manageable downtime records, there is a daily limit of 300 downtime events / reasons.
Once this limit is reached, additional downtime events for that day will not be recorded, and this is shown with a notification and an event in the machine timeline (1.).
Downtime reasons will resume recording at the start of the following day, again up to a limit of 300 events.
If this daily limit of 300 downtime events is exceeded for five consecutive days, downtime reason tracking will be automatically locked. To resume recording downtime reasons in this case, you will need to unlock the downtime reason configuration in the Admin app. To do this, go to the machine page and open the Downtime Reasons panel, click the menu open and select 'Unlock downtime reasons'.
